What an awesome kit.
The details : tarp from Apoxy Clay with wire and lead foil tie downs. Instrument decals by Archer. Acrylic paints by Modelmaster. Sand colour is Windsor and Newton watercolour airbrushed on, then, once completely dry, carefully removed with a slightly damp q tip. Weathering by MiG.
I'm trying to decide if I should add a cammo net over the tarp. I've seen a pic of one like that but now I can't find it and don't remember how the net was tied down

Hmm.. that method with the watercolours sounds very useful indeed !!
I will have to experiment with that !
Great finish on the Famo. In particular your tarp looks superb, you would have had me fooled that you'd bought that as a resin item ! great stuff

Jon, I looked at a resin one but they wanted $70 for it....shipped from Japan........ouch !!

Fantastic finish Steve
I like the sprayed watercolour as a medium. Makes wear and tear a cinch!
The tarp is gold mate. Jolly well done...
These beasts don't appear as though they'd get many miles to the gallon...
